The Patient and the Hospital

Discharge from the hospital :

Only the doctor, according to your health, can allow you to leave the establishment.
Discharges only happen in the morning, to help internal organization.

All the documents necessary for the discharge and the return home will be given to you in the “admission – discharge” department.

If you decide to leave against medical opinion, after learning about the potential risks for your health, you must sign a form releasing the establishment of any responsibility.

Means of transport :

To leave the establishment, we advise you to organize your transport with one of your close relations.
If medical reasons justify it, a medical prescription for medical transport or taxi could be produced.
A good means of transport will be proposed to you.
