How much will social welfare take care of?

The hospital is given the responsability to carry out the treatment formalities for the social welfare and the mutual insurance companies.
However, you will have to pay for the daily fixed price and the moderating ticket.
If you are amenable to the European Union, you must supplement form E112 and your treatment must be approved by the center of international relations.

 

What will I need during my stay?

A spare set of clothes, spongebag.
Do not carry any valuable article (cheque book, credit cards, jewels...).
Indeed, the establishment cannot be held responsible for any robbery committed in rooms. Think of entrusting them to a member of your family. If you can’t, deposit them in a safe at the hospital, either when you arrive at the admission department or anytime during your stay. A receipt will be given to you.

 

What are the different types of rooms?

There are individual or double rooms. On your request and according to availabilities when you arrive at the hospital, you will be given a particular room, provided you accept to pay for additional charge.

 

Can I have a telephone in my room?

All the rooms are equipped with telephones, enabling you to receive calls. To call outside, ask for the line to be connected when you register at the admission department or anytime during your stay. A personal account will be open for you.
We remind you that the use of mobiles is strictly forbidden inside the building in order to avoid any interference with medical devices.

 

Can I receive mail?

The postman delivers the mail after 10 am and collects the mail from 3 pm.

    Your mail should be worded as follows:
  1. Name and first name of the patient
  2. Service of hospitalization
  3. Number of adressee’s room at the hospital
  4. Hospital’s address

  5. The mail will be directly delivered to the adressee.

Can I practise my religion?

If you ask for it, we can contact a representative of your religious worship.

 

What do I have to do when I leave?

    On the day of your dishcharge, various documents will be asked :
  • Documents necessary for social welfare
  • The bill for your care. You have to pay for the moderating ticket, except in particular cases
  • The bill for additional charges (telephone, particular room, costs for visitors etc...).

Can I have a television set in my room?

All the rooms are equipped with color TV.
To watch it, you must call the admission department.

 

When can my visitors come ?

Your familiy can visit you all afternoons from 1pm to 7.30pm but the schedules can vary from one service to another, do not hesitate to ask.

 

Where can my visitors eat?

They can eat with you if they want. Visitors can buy meal tickets at the admission department.
They must give their meal tickets before 10 am for lunch and before 4pm for dinner.
